Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship from our UK studio to customers in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and select international destinations including the USA, Canada, Australia, and the UAE.
UK Shipping & Rates
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail (RM). Shipping is FREE on all UK orders over £50.

Order Processing & Cut-offs

Dispatch Days: Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Hand-Packed with Care: As a boutique brand, every order is hand-inspected and wrapped in acid-free tissue to ensure your silk arrives in perfect condition.

European Union: £12.99 (5-10 Business Days via Royal Mail International Tracked).

Rest of World: £19.99 (7-14 Business Days).

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes. Please note that since 2026, EU customs exemptions for small parcels have changed; please check your local guidelines.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your Silk’s journey directly on the Royal Mail website.
Delays & Issues While we aim for perfection, delivery times are estimates. The Sensitive Curl Co. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
