Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Hygiene Standards

Due to the nature of our products (silk hair and sleep accessories), we must adhere to strict hygiene standards. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • The item must be in its original packaging (including any branded gift boxes or ribbons).

  • All tags must be attached.

  • Hygiene Note: For health and hygiene reasons, silk bonnets, eye masks, and pillowcases that show any signs of use (including hair oils, scents, or makeup marks) will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. We may ask for photographic evidence to help us process your claim quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Goods: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been removed from their protective hygiene packaging or show signs of wear.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the hygiene and condition requirements listed above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Due to the delicate nature of silk, our inspection process may take up to 3 business days from receipt. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
